How alamjp E-Wallet deposits work
When you tap "Deposit" in your account, we show you a list of e-wallet providers we support. Choose your preferred method—say, GoPay—and we generate a payment request. You then open your e-wallet app, scan our QR code or confirm the amount, and complete the transaction. Within seconds, your balance on alamjp updates and you're ready to place bets.
We don't hold your e-wallet login details. Instead, each provider sends us a confirmation token once the payment clears. This approach protects your credentials and meets standard PCI compliance. Your transaction history lives in two places: your e-wallet app's record and your alamjp account statement.
Minimum and maximum limits
Our platform accepts deposits starting from a modest threshold—typically the same floor as your e-wallet app enforces. Maximum limits vary by provider and are shown before you confirm payment. mobile banking, local payment, and online payment each set their own daily caps. If you hit a limit, wait until the next calendar day or use a second e-wallet.

Withdrawal process on alamjp
Withdrawals reverse the flow. You go to your account's "Cash Out" section, enter the amount, select your e-wallet, and submit. We then verify that your account balance covers the request, confirm your identity against our KYC records, and send the transfer instruction to your provider. Most withdrawals land within a standard processing window—usually same-day or next-business-day, depending on your bank and the e-wallet operator's settlement schedule.
Before your first withdrawal, we require identity verification. This means uploading a photo of your ID card and confirming your banking details match your account profile. We store these documents securely and use them only to prevent fraud and comply with local regulations. The verification step protects both you and our platform.
Why we verify before withdrawal
Our compliance team reviews KYC data to ensure we're not moving money on behalf of someone other than the account holder. It's not a punishment—it's standard across legitimate gaming platforms. Once verified, you can withdraw as often as you like without re-doing the check. Verification typically completes within one business day.

E-wallet payment methods we support
We integrate with six major e-wallet systems across Indonesia. Each offers slightly different features and partner networks, so choose based on where you bank and which app you already use.

local payment and online payment
e-wallet and mobile banking are the largest standalone e-wallet networks. Both link to multiple banks and offer cashback schemes of their own. Deposits via local payment or online payment on alamjp settle immediately. Withdrawals typically arrive within one business day. Both have daily limits around ten million rupiah, so if you're moving larger sums, consider splitting across multiple transactions or using a bank transfer option.
e-wallet and mobile banking
local payment (part of the Gojek ecosystem) and online payment (Shopee's payment arm) integrate tightly with their parent apps. If you already ride Gojek or shop on Shopee, these wallets are convenient. Both support subject to verification to alamjp and next-day withdrawals. Limits are similar to e-wallet and mobile banking.
local payment and online payment
e-wallet is a multi-partner e-wallet backed by several Indonesian banks. mobile banking is the unified QR standard allowing payments across any participating merchant. We accept both. local payment deposits settle instantly; online payment via e-wallet-enabled apps (like bank apps) may take a few hours. Both are useful if your bank-of-choice doesn't have a dedicated e-wallet app.
Mobile e-wallet experience on alamjp
Since most of our users access alamjp on Android or iOS, our deposit and withdrawal flows are optimized for phone screens. Tapping "Deposit" opens a payment-method picker that auto-detects which e-wallets you have installed. If you use mobile banking on Android, we recognize that and offer it first. On iOS, we show browser-based payment flows that don't require app-switching.
After you confirm a deposit, we send a push notification to your phone so you know the transaction is processing. Same with withdrawals—once we've sent your cash-out request to your e-wallet provider, you get an alert. This keeps you informed without forcing you back into the app.

Data and security around e-wallet transactions
Your e-wallet credentials never pass through our servers. When you choose local payment, for instance, we redirect you to online payment's official payment gateway. You enter your PIN or biometric there, and e-wallet sends us a confirmation token. This architecture means we never see your e-wallet password, and mobile banking never sees your alamjp password. It's a clean separation.
We encrypt all transaction records and store them separately from your personal account data. Your payment history on alamjp shows only the final state—amount, date, provider, and status—not intermediate details. If you ever need a receipt for a deposit or withdrawal, we provide a cryptographically signed statement you can download from your account.
Common e-wallet questions
What if my deposit doesn't appear?
Check your e-wallet app first—confirm the transaction succeeded on their end. If it did, log out of alamjp, clear your browser cache, and log back in. Your balance should sync within a minute. If it doesn't, contact our support team with your transaction ID from your e-wallet provider. We can trace the payment on our end and manually credit you if there's a sync error.
Can I withdraw to a different e-wallet than I deposited from?
Yes. You deposit via local payment, then withdraw to online payment—no problem. We don't lock your withdrawal method to your deposit method. Choose whichever e-wallet you prefer for each transaction.
Are there fees for alamjp e-wallet transactions?
We don't charge a fee to deposit or withdraw via e-wallet. Your e-wallet provider may charge a small merchant fee on deposits (usually 0–non-specific info), though most don't for transfers into merchant accounts. Withdrawals typically have no fee on their end either. Always confirm with your provider if you're uncertain.
How long does verification take?
Identity verification usually completes within one business day. Upload a clear photo of your ID and confirm your banking details, and our compliance team reviews it. Once approved, you can withdraw immediately. If there's a question about your documents, we'll email you and ask for clarification.
