Your email, phone number, name, date of birth, residential address, and identity document photos are encrypted and stored on secure servers. We use this information exclusively for account management, regulatory compliance, and withdrawal processing—never for marketing or third-party sales.

We do not share your personal data with external parties except where required by law or to process your payments through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. You have the right to access, download, and delete your data at any time. This policy explains our data practices in detail and your options for managing your information.

What Data We Collect on alamjp

We collect data in three phases: account creation, identity verification, and payment processing. During signup, we ask for your email address, phone number, and a password of your choice. We verify your email by sending a confirmation link and your phone number via SMS. This step ensures you control the account and can recover it if you forget your password.

Before your first withdrawal, we require identity verification. You upload a photo of your national ID card, passport, or driver's license. We use optical character recognition to extract your full name, date of birth, and ID number from the document. You also confirm your residential address in plain text. We store these details encrypted and cross-check them against your signup information to ensure consistency.

During deposits and withdrawals, we collect transaction data—the amount, the payment method used, the timestamp, and the status (completed, pending, or failed). We retain this information for account reconciliation and to help you track your balance history. You can download your complete transaction record anytime from your Account Settings.

How We Use Your Data on alamjp

We use your personal information for five core purposes. First, account management—we maintain your login credentials, confirm your identity during password resets, and handle account recovery if you lose access. Second, regulatory compliance—we verify your identity to meet anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer (KYC) legal requirements. Third, payment processing—we share your name and account details with payment providers only to complete deposits and withdrawals.

Fourth, fraud prevention—we analyse your transaction patterns to detect unusual activity and protect your account from unauthorized access. Fifth, customer support—we use your account history to investigate disputes, answer questions about game rules, and resolve billing issues. We do not use your data for marketing emails, targeted advertising, or sales to third parties. Our use of your data is limited to these five purposes.

Third-Party Data Processors and International Transfer

We work with third-party processors to deliver our services. Our payment processors handle deposits and withdrawals on your behalf; they receive only the minimum data necessary to complete the transaction—your name, account number or e-wallet ID, and the transfer amount. Our hosting provider stores our encrypted database; they have no access to the keys that decrypt your personal information. Our email and SMS providers send verification messages; they do not retain copies of your messages after delivery.

Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction—for example, in Singapore or other regional data centres. By using alamjp, you acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed outside Indonesia. We encrypt all data in transit (using HTTPS) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption) so that even if servers are accessed, your information remains protected. We do not transfer data to countries with weaker privacy standards than Indonesia.

Data security: We encrypt all personal data using AES-256 encryption. Identity documents are encrypted separately from account credentials. Payment details are never stored on our servers; we forward them directly to the payment processor.

Cookies and Session Management on alamjp

We use cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. When you log into alamjp on your phone or computer, we set a session token (a unique identifier) that expires after subject to verification of inactivity. This token allows you to browse the platform without re-entering your password; if your session expires, you log back in. We also use a preference cookie to remember your preferred language (English or Indonesian) and notification settings.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent the alamjp platform from functioning correctly. Our cookies do not track you across other websites or collect data for advertising purposes. We do not use third-party analytics cookies that monitor your behaviour outside alamjp. The only cookies we set are for session management and preference storage.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
